Seaside Penthouse Resort
Seaside Penthouse Resort
In this two-storey penthouse inspired by seaside resort living, our window treatment solution was designed to work within this architectural language, moderating natural light while reinforcing the home’s tactile, resort-inspired atmosphere.
In the living area, we delivered ripple fold linen curtains, selected for its natural texture and relaxed drape that sit comfortably within the home’s material palette. The fabric adds a softer, more tactile layer to the space while moderating daylight across the interior.
Within the master suite and music room, motorised le-roman blinds were selected to provide controlled shading with a clean, tailored profile that sits comfortably against the material richness of the room. In the adjoining bathroom, natural wood ellip venetian blinds reinforces the resort-inspired material palette.
Across the children’s bedrooms, each window treatment was specified in response to the individual requirements while maintaining material consistency throughout. In two of the rooms, wabi-sabi roller blinds introduce a subtle texture while providing a softened level of shading. In the third bedroom, ripple fold linen blend curtains with thermal shaping form a continuous layer across the window. The structured folds establish a consistent rhythm, while the textured linen tempers daylight, allowing it to settle softly against the surrounding timber and greenery. The curtain acts as a unified surface, moderating light and reinforcing the room’s layered material composition.
